Weight update

I've been doing the 5:2 diet now since early January and it's becoming more a part of my routine however this week was a week where a night out occurred. The dreaded alcohol was consumed as well as a takeaway in the early hours of the morning - oops?

I've also only been swimming once and to the gym once so I still need to work on upping my exercise. I had a failed attempt at a fast day but still managed two in the week, so even though I fell off the wagon I'm quite pleased that it wasn't completely!

I've only lost about a pound this week but that's better than last week and considering the above I'm happy! Onward and upwards for another week - hopefully a slightly better one!
